Google’s Android Logo May Soon Get A Robotic Homage (GOOG)

Android fanatics can throw some money at this Kickstarter to receive their very own remote-controlled robot inspired by the green-alien logo.

Be The Robot, or BERO, stands 4 inches tall and carries out your Bluetooth-delivered commands. A pledge of $79 gets you the bot, while a lesser pledge of $35 gets you a non-robotic version.

The effort’s organizers originally planned to do a 3D version of the Android logo, but weren’t sure they could get legal clearance—so they went with their own gold-and-red design instead.
